Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, relationships, and other areas that affect our well-being. We may long to have these problems go away, and we may find ourselves unable to make that happen.
This gap between where we are currently and where we want to go can be frustrating especially when our efforts to make change go in vain. In therapy, I will help you bridge that gap by collaboratively identifying the steps and resources necessary to achieve your goals.
I have a diverse range of work experience, but some of my primary areas of focus are listed in the previous paragraph (ie. anxiety, depression, addiction, anger problems, and relationship challenges). Regardless of the focus, I will aim to be supportive, understanding, and authentic as these qualities are important to me and essential for quality therapy.
