Whether you seek general counselling for everyday life or support for the more challenging situations that life seems to offer, the Counselling Support Centre's mission is to make online counselling affordable and accessible to everyone (ages 11+).
Our commitment to this mission is what drives everyone at the Centre to provide the best possible counselling services. We cater to a diverse population, and this includes financial diversity, we offer various fee options- from our professional counselling students who offer a pay-what-you-can (PWYC) option for individuals in need, discounted rates for students and adolescents and general lower cost full-service counselling.
All our services are offered online, through secure video platforms or over the phone. This allows anyone, no matter their comfort level or location to access counselling services. We both create and encourage our clients to a comfortable therapeutic space that is safe, comfortable, and free from distractions.
