Supervision
Supervision is a vital and indispensable component of our operations at the Counselling Support Centre Online. Our practitioners undergoing qualification are actively honing their skills and expanding their knowledge to deliver exceptional service to each individual they serve.
Similar to medical interns gaining valuable experience in a healthcare setting, our practitioners require professional immersion to effectively engage with clients within various agencies as they progress through their degree programs.
Our supervision methods encompass Direct Observation (conducted in-session), Indirect Observation (reviewed through recordings), and Self-Observation (discussed experientially). These processes are overseen by seasoned professionals with extensive counseling expertise, all of whom are affiliated with a recognized college or association.
