About the event

For actors navigating auditions, rejection, performance anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, and the pressure that comes with trying to stay grounded in this industry. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and practical performance tools, the focus is not on “getting rid” of nerves—but learning how to work with them.
